Ola tells you why.

Most trackers count. Ola reads your own history and explains what the numbers mean, in plain words, on the screens you already check.

Ola's Why it moved chart: each day's weigh-in against the trend, split into salt, carbs, cycle and unexplained
Every morning

The scale moved. Ola tells you why.

It sets this morning's reading against yesterday: salt, carbs, how much you ate, a late dinner and, if you track it, your cycle. Then it shows how much of the change each one explains.

A pattern card: running 309 kcal over target across the last 6 logged days, average 1,659 kcal against a 1,350 target
Patterns

It spots what you'd miss.

Running a few hundred calories over, or heavier weekends, adds up to enough to explain a flat month. Ola finds patterns like this in your own history, and says how strong the evidence is.

A cycle pattern card: about 364 kcal more a day in the follicular phase than the luteal phase, with strong evidence
Your cycle

Hungrier some weeks? That's normal.

Ola puts what you eat in each phase of your cycle side by side, so a bigger week makes sense and you can plan for it, rather than fight it.

Adaptive plan

A target that keeps up with you.

Ola checks your real weight trend against your goal and suggests a new daily target when you're ahead or behind. Nothing changes until you review it.

Ola's sleep card: 6 h 22 m from Oura with sleep stages, 43 minutes less than the 7-day average
Sleep

Last night, in context.

Sleep from Apple Health, whether it comes from Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura or another tracker, set against your own 7-day average, right on Today.

One app instead of four.

Ola brings together what usually takes a food diary, a fasting timer, a weight app and a cycle tracker, so the numbers can finally talk to each other.

Food & macros

Search, scan a barcode, snap a photo or just say what you ate. Protein, fat, carbs, fiber, sugar, vitamins and minerals.

Fasting timer

Start a fast from your phone or wrist, get a nudge when you reach your goal, and see every fast in your history.

Weight trend

A smoothed trend line separates real progress from water and salt, and your plan adjusts to it.

Cycle, if you want it

Optional cycle tracking that shows how each phase lines up with your appetite and the scale.

Sleep & activity

Steps, active energy, workouts and sleep from Apple Health, right next to what you ate.

    Ask Kai about
    your own numbers.

Kai is a chat assistant built into Ola. It answers from your diary, your notes and your cycle, so you get your real answers, not guesses.

    • "Why did my weight jump?" Kai looks at your weigh-ins, meals and the notes you wrote, and explains it in plain words.
    • Foods the app doesn't have. Kai finds them, says where the numbers came from, and adds them only when you tap Log.
    • Read a label. Snap a nutrition label and Kai reads the numbers straight off it.

Kai is off until you turn it on, and it tells you exactly what it sends first. It isn't a doctor and won't diagnose; it'll suggest asking one when it matters.

Kai answering from the diary: a week of good protein intake, with the highest day on October 15th

    Two looks.
    The same honest numbers.

Pick the look that suits you when you set Ola up, and change it any time. Women includes period and cycle tools and a rose palette. Men leaves the cycle tools out and uses earthier colors. Everything else is the same app.

    Your health data is yours.
    Full stop.

Privacy isn't a feature we bolted on. It's how Ola is built.

    No sign-up

Open the app and start. No email, no password, no account to hack.

Your diary stays on your iPhone

Meals, weight, cycle and Apple Health data are kept on your device, not on our servers. Kai sends a summary only when you ask it something, and we never keep that summary.

    No ads, no trackers

No ad networks, no analytics SDKs, no selling or sharing your data. Ever.

Photo, voice and Kai: only if you say so

Each is off until you allow it, and tells you exactly what it sends first. Nothing is ever tied to your name.

    Export anytime

Your data is portable. Export your whole diary as a JSON file, and your foods as a CSV spreadsheet.

    Delete everything

One button wipes everything in the app, and asks our server to delete any photos or words you chose to share.

The details, in plain English: read the privacy policy.

    Questions, answered.

    Who is Ola for?

Adults 18 and over. Ola isn't made for children or teenagers, and it's rated 18+ in the App Store.

Do I need to make an account?

No. There's no sign-up, email or password. Open the app and start.

    Where is my data kept?

On your iPhone. Your diary, weight, cycle and Apple Health data aren't stored on our servers. Online food search, photo logging, voice logging and Kai are each off until you turn them on. When you ask Kai something, it sends a summary of your recent days so it can answer; our server never keeps that summary. It keeps your question and Kai’s answer for up to 90 days, without your name, to check and improve Kai. The privacy policy explains exactly what happens to them.

    How much does Ola cost?

Ola Pro is $12.99 a month with a 3-day free trial, or $99.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. That's about $8.33 a month on the annual plan. It renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time.

Does Ola work on Android or the web?

Ola is made for iPhone and Apple Watch. Ola isn't available yet on Android, so stay tuned for updates. Ola is not available for the web.

    Is cycle tracking required?

No. It stays off until you turn it on, and the other look hides it completely. When it's on, Ola shows how each phase of your cycle lines up with your eating and weight. It isn't a form of contraception and can't predict fertility.

    Is Ola medical advice?

No. Ola is a wellness and self-tracking app, not a medical device. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before big changes to how you eat or fast, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition or an eating disorder.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Data → Delete all local data wipes everything on your phone and asks our server to delete any photos or words your phone shared. To remove only what you shared, use Settings → Food lookup → Delete my shared food data. Deleting the app removes what's on your phone, so use that button first if you also want our copies gone.

    How do I get help?
